The Forge are presenting a special celebration of Robert Nesta Marley with films, DJ’s and a live performance from Bob Marley Revival, the UK’s finest tribute to Bob Marley.
2024 also is the 60th anniversary of Simmer Down, the breakthrough hit by The Wailers, the Bob Marley fronted group who went on to international success, brought Jamaican music to worldwide acclaim and who, arguably, changed the face of popular music forever.
Rare archive films will be shown along with DJ’s playing Bob Marley and Wailers tunes. Bob Marley Revival will be performing live playing hits and fan favourites such as Is This Love?, Exodus, Three Little Birds, No Woman No Cry, Jamming, Could You Be Loved, Redemption Song, Waiting in Vain, One Love, Natural Mystic and many more.
