Sean Findlay is a solo artist who has built a name for himself in and around Dundee.
He writes songs in many different genres but is mainly noted for playing a retro inspired alternative pop rock influenced by artists such as The Beatles, David Bowie & Nirvana.
During ‘lockdown’ he raised his profile massively releasing homemade music videos amassing over thousand views. He has also been gigging relentlessly around Scotland since he started. His most recent singles ‘Bouldersand’ and ‘Cryptic’ received great feedback and global airplay and featured on a number of high-profile playlists including Jim Gellatly at Amazing Radio and BBC Introducing’s Rapal on BBC Radio Nan Gaidheal.
Thanks to his increased profile over the last few months, he now co-hosts an ‘open-mic’ afternoon at the prestigious King Tuts Wah Wah Hut in Glasgow every Saturday!
New single ‘Nightclubs in Heaven’will be released on Friday 2nd December at 00:00 GMT across all streaming platforms.
